Our review:Item Description:20g Protein. High in Protein. No Trans Fats. 23 Vitamins and minerals. The entirely natural protein bar. When work feels like a workout. I know that feeling. Throughout high school and well into my twenties, most jobs put my body through the ringer on a daily basis. Back then, I didn't care about natural ingredients or organic foods; I do now. And that's the principle behind my Builder's Bar. It's an entirely natural protein bar for those who put their own body through the ringer. The Builder's Bar contains 20 grams of whole proteins. Without hydrogenated oils or trans fats, the Builder's Bar is a cut above many other protein options. And with its distinctive crispy, chewy texture, I hope you'll find them more delicious, too. Enjoy! 35% Organic ingredients.

best tasting?
so i tried these bars based on the reviews of the first couple of pages and i have to say it was a huge mistake. the taste itself isn't terrible, i wouldn't say it was good but it certainly wasn't the worst tasting thing i've ever eaten. the texture however was awful. everyone commented on how the crunchy but chewy texture was great but i have to warn you against it. it's much more chewy than anything else and it sticks in your mouth worse than peanut butter, worse than that it set off my gag reflex and i had to work hard to get through the entire bar. my brother, who eats almost anything, couldn't even get past the first bite. the punishment didn't even stop there, once i ate the entire thing my stomach was immediately upset and i was glad i ate it after my workout or i'm not sure i would have made it into the gym that day. though this bar seems to have a good amount of protein, the odd texture, soy protein over whey, and the amount of fat in it is enough to keep me supplementing protein shakes instead of forcing myself to down something that doesn't agree with me.

Good product, Amazon did a horrible job though
I ordered this back in May (with Amazon Prime) and for some reason (which I still do not know) Amazon canceled my order, then placed a new order. They then informed me that I would receive it within two days. It took over a month and half to finally receive this item. Amazon kept saying it would be delivered.... As someone who is paying for Amazon Prime this is pretty sad. Even if I didn't pay for the prime, it should not take 30+ days to receive an item without any explanation

A Solid After-Workout Snack
I switched to having these as a snack after workouts and was pleased with the result: I recover faster and my appetite stays moderate and my blood sugar stays more stable. These bars are tasty and nutritionally sound. My trainer also recommended these, suggesting that 20g/300kcal is a good ratio of protein to energy. I've also found that these seem to be easier on my digestive system than whey-protein-based products, although your mileage my vary, obviously.

High Protein And A Good Variety Of Flavors
Cliff Builder's Bar is one of the best protein/energy bars available. I like them because they have 20 grams of protein so they are great for both an afternoon snack and an after workout recovery. Made with 100% natural ingredients, they pass a very important test - taste. Many protein/energy bars leave a fake or chemical aftertaste, but not so with Cliff Builder's. These also have a unique combination of a thick, solid layer on top of a crispy soy layer. This provides for a unique combination of taste and texture that I find appealing. Here are my thoughts on the specific bars that I've tried:
Chocolate: This is the one that is available everywhere I go. It has a medium chocolate taste. While it is not dark, bit is also not a sweet milk chocolate either.
Peanut Butter: This one is my favorite. It has a richer flavor to it than any of the others that I have had. If you aren't a fan of peanut butter, skip this one. As a side note, this one is higher in sodium than the others. I actually prefer this after a workout because I am a heavy sweater, and the extra sodium helps replenish electrolytes.
Cookies 'N Cream: This one is a little bit sweeter than either of the others, but I think this comes from the "Cream" part of the flavor. It is essentially the Oreo version of the Builder's Bar.
Vanilla Almond: This is the one that I don't care for. Without any chocolate, it is so bland that it is too sweet. If you like a sweeter taste, this might be your favorite.
Chocolate Mint: Think Girl Scout Cookies Thin Mints.
If you are looking for a great tasting high protein energy bar, you should give Cliff Builder's Bars a try. They are my protein bar of choice.

Tastes great
I like Clif Bars, but enjoy Clif Builder's bars even more. The sampler packs are great for getting a bunch of different flavors. These are great for a snack in the mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
